2. Check existing topics in this category

If the User Guide and existing topics do not solve your problem, please open a new topic in this category instead of replying here.
When you create your topic, include:
- Your Excel version and operating system
- Your Microsoft 365 environment (personal account / company tenant)
- What you tried so far (which step in the User Guide)
- Any error messages (text or screenshot, with sensitive data removed)
A clear, specific title helps a lot, for example:
Installation problem: Reader add-in does not appear in ExcelInstallation problem: cannot add Reader from AppSource (corporate tenant)
